New Name, New Site

My good friend helped me come up with a new name, one that fits me. Thus, I have a new site, which can be found at: Schutterbug.

No more on this site . . . name was a bit overdone, anyway, and doesn't have the personalization I was looking for. If you know me, you understand how the new one is more me. Thanks, Carol!

Okay, so the title is corny . . . 

I like how this photo is composed/framed by the sky, water, and trees.  The Rule of Thirds is in use, and both subjects' heads are placed in negative space.

Small-Town America

I like the lines in this photo. The eye starts on the left and is drawn into town via the train tracks.
